Life

As in, life continues to happen around here, even though I am not posting regularly. Ooops! So you get a big post of pictures that don't center around any particular event.

Actually, the first two pictures could be considered an event: I let Vera and Emma paint, Ella color with markers, and Alex use his potter's wheel. These activities usually involve a big mess, but apparently they are all getting more mature because it was a manageable mess this time.

Ella was copying John as he swept. She is the cutest little mimic.

There's no place like home, there's no place like home, there's no place like home...

Isn't she cute? We got her shirt at Chinese Culture Camp last year in Tulsa...I believe a local church was selling them to help their adoption ministry.

A typical Vera outfit on a warm day. That girl is such a mess.

A typical Emma pose in any weather. She is such a dramatic little girl.

Before church a couple of weeks ago...Alex finally got to wear his new sports coat. For some reason he was bound and determined to get a suit this year. When we were shopping and I found this sports coat and told him he could wear it with jeans, the suit idea went out the window.

I'm sure this will be self-evident, but this is a video of Vera, Emma, and Ella playing on those hopper balls. They were having such fun together I had to get a movie of them. We get such a kick out of watching them play!
