Happy Birthday, SongBird!!

My oldest daughter is now 12. You know what that means.
One more year until I have 3 teenagers. Yikes!

Song is certainly growing in wisdom and stature with God and men. She is lovely, modest, sweet, helpful, encouraging, kind and beautiful.
We are so very proud of her and so very happy to have her as our daughter.
We know God will use her in mighty ways for His glory!
These family birthday pics never cease to amuse me. I think one day I should put all of them, in order, in a blog post just to see the changes.
As part of her new maturity, Song and Anna were allowed to walk to a nearby field to photograph the gorgeous bluebonnets and dandelions. The photos were taken in the afternoon and don't do the field justice. In the morning sun the field glowed! It was gorgeous and didn't quite look real, more like a painting with very bright paints.

This is a picture of the creek that runs beside our house, taken from the bridge in our neighborhood. Lots of photographers come to the bridge to take pics...it's so pretty there.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SONG!!
