No, that doesn't mean he's talking on the phone, it means a family has asked to look at his file with the idea that they are going to adopt him! I have also read of two other families who are very interested.

I find it amazing how people will come out of the woodworks once they are aware of a child's needs. No one wants a child to feel that they weren't "good enough" to be chosen. If only every child who needs a home could be chosen...
