I think the pictures of the foster parents are the saddest things i have ever seen. We could tell that the foster dad had been crying by his red eyes.
I cannot imagine their losting him after 4 years, although I am excited about getting him here to love on. Your dad and I just wonder why they did not adopt him? Was it a calculated chance that no one would adopt him, or is it not allowed, or is too expensive for them? Just curious.
